ACTION ITEM LIST
What Is It
Action item lists document risk mitigation actions.
They describe an action or list a series of actions to
take to mitigate the risk. Even though they do not
contain enough detail to support complex risk
mitigation strategies, it is sufficient for simple
mitigation plans. A good supporting tool to use with an
action item list to document causes of risk,
alternative actions, and related information is the Planning Worksheet.
